Getting Paid

No. They open your Profile or payment link, connect any wallet, and pay. No sign-up, no app, no account.
Yes. They pay in whatever they hold on whatever chain; you receive your settlement token. The swap and bridge run inside their payment.

You cannot embed the Moove Widget. Despite the name it is not an embeddable component, and moove.xyz blocks other sites from framing it. The API is the supported path.

Standard Or Advanced View?

It adds the one field a merchant needs and a consumer does not.Find it under the settings icon in the Moove Widget.
No. It is a display toggle — no upgrade, no separate pricing, no entitlement. Turn it on and off freely.
There are no “Pro” tiers on moove.xyz. If you find older material describing a “Pro” version of any Moove product, it is out of date — no such tier exists or ever shipped.

Moove Wallet Or A Wallet I Already Have?

Both are non-custodial. Neither gives moove.xyz control of your funds.
No. Add both to the same account and they sit behind the same handle. Set whichever you prefer as the default.
Its keys are generated and held on your device by the Moove App. There is no web version and no way to sign into moove.xyz with one. Connect a third-party wallet on the web instead.
Through Moove Wallet in the Moove App. If your Moove Wallet predates the launch, open the account menu, tap … on the wallet under Your crypto wallets, then Enable Bitcoin and Tron.

Fees

Nothing for same-chain, same-token transactions. A flat protocol fee for anything cross-chain or cross-token, and a separate rate for Moove Ramp.Every figure is on the Pricing page — the only page in these docs carrying fee numbers.
Whoever does not name the amount.
  • Payment link — you name the amount, so your customer covers the fee. You receive exactly what you asked for.
  • Moove Profile — the payer names the amount, so the fee comes out of what reaches you. You receive slightly less than the figure they typed.
On a same-chain, same-token payment there is no fee either way. If you are invoicing for an exact figure, use a payment link.
Three things sit between the amount and what arrives: network gas, the market cost of any swap or bridge, and the protocol fee. The quote shows each of them before you confirm. Afterwards, Moove Transactions shows what was sent, what arrived, the conversion rate and the on-chain signature.
No. No subscription, no monthly minimum, no deposit fee, no hidden spread.

Accounts & Security

Not to move crypto. Sending, receiving, swapping and bridging need no verification at all.Verification is only required for Moove Ramp, because a licensed partner handles the local-currency leg and is legally required to know who it is paying.
No. Every wallet is non-custodial — the keys are yours and the funds sit on-chain. There is no Moove balance to freeze.Non-custodial Wallets →
No. The recovery phrase never leaves your device — moove.xyz cannot see it, reset it or recover it. Without it the wallet is permanently inaccessible. There is no support process that changes this.
Yes, under Settings → Your account in the Moove App, or Settings → Edit Moove Profile → Edit profile on the web. Your old handle is released for anyone to claim, and links pointing at it stop resolving to you — so do it before you have published it widely. You can change it once every 7 days.
Yes. Several wallets sit behind one handle, each with its own settlement token, and one is the account default.
